In today's challenging world, building resilience is crucial for maintaining well-being and navigating life's uncertainties. This four-week interactive course, "Moving Toward Resilience," offers a comprehensive exploration of resilience-building techniques through a nervous system-informed approach. Participants will gain valuable insights into the functioning of the nervous system and learn practical strategies to enhance their capacity for resilience.

This course is for you if:

You are struggling with feelings of overwhelm, having difficulty managing stress, and/or have experienced a traumatic event or events and don't know where to start on your healing journey.

The course includes Four weekly 90 minute sessions. Sessions will include interactive art based activities, however no artistic talent or skills are required! Participants will have opportunities to share and interact with the group as much, or little as feels comfortable.
